Restoration of Exterior Facades
The St. Regis, a historic New York Landmark, recently celebrated its 100 year centennial.
AK Architect was retained to restore the buildings facades to their original grandeur. We designed and oversaw the restoration project that included total cleaning, repair or replacement of limestone, terra-cotta, steel, and copper. All work was coordinated with the Landmarks Preservation Commission, performed on time and within budget.
